1. Siapa kami

MyKiddo Guard dibangunkan dan dikendalikan oleh MYCEST SOLUTION (003076905-U) (Center of Engineering Software & Technology), Malaysia ("kami"). Kami ialah pengawal data bagi maklumat yang diproses melalui app dan laman web ini di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA), sebagaimana yang dipinda pada 2024.

2. Ringkasan

MyKiddo Guard ialah app kawalan ibu bapa. App anak dipasang oleh ibu bapa atau penjaga pada telefon anak mereka, dengan pengetahuan anak: ikonnya kekal kelihatan dan notifikasi tetap dipaparkan.
Kami mengumpul hanya data yang diperlukan untuk ciri-ciri app: had masa, sekatan app, lokasi, tugasan, Family Chat dan notifikasi.
Tiada iklan. Kami tidak menjual data dan tidak menggunakannya untuk iklan atau pemprofilan.
Data disimpan di Google Cloud (Firebase), rantau Singapura (asia-southeast1).
Anda tidak perlu memberi nama sebenar, e-mel atau nombor telefon untuk menggunakan app.

3. Data yang kami kumpul

App ibu bapa (MyKiddo Guard)

Pengecam akaun tanpa nama daripada Firebase Authentication, dan ID keluarga yang dijana daripadanya.
Nama paparan dalam chat yang anda pilih (contohnya "Mom").
PIN ibu bapa 4 digit, jika anda menetapkannya.
Tetapan yang anda buat: had masa, kategori app, sekatan app baharu, tempat (nama, koordinat, jejari), tugasan dan ganjaran.
Mesej chat dan foto yang anda hantar.
Token notifikasi (Firebase Cloud Messaging) supaya telefon anda boleh menerima notifikasi.
Langganan (apabila Premium dilancarkan): status langganan, produk, ID pesanan Google Play dan tarikh tamat. Kami tidak menerima nombor kad atau butiran bayaran anda; semua itu diuruskan oleh Google Play.

App anak (MyKiddo Guard Kids)

Profil anak: nama atau nama panggilan, umur, avatar pilihan dan, jika anak memilihnya, foto profil (dikecilkan kepada 256 piksel).
Pengecam peranti: Android ID telefon anak, untuk mengaitkan telefon itu dengan profil anak.
Kod akses 4 digit yang ditetapkan semasa persediaan.
Senarai app yang dipasang (nama, nama pakej, ikon) dan kategorinya.
Penggunaan app: masa yang digunakan setiap app setiap hari dan setiap jam, sesi penggunaan (app, masa mula dan tamat) dan app yang sedang dibuka.
Lokasi: lokasi GPS kira-kira setiap 5 minit, termasuk ketika app ditutup (lokasi latar belakang), sejarah lokasi untuk Laluan, dan peristiwa tiba atau keluar dari tempat yang disimpan.
Status telefon: tahap bateri dan pengecasan, status dalam talian, mod deringan (biasa, senyap atau getar), status kebenaran, versi app dan maklumat diagnostik tentang sama ada perlindungan berfungsi.
Kiraan langkah daripada sensor telefon, untuk tugasan langkah.
Tugasan dan ganjaran: kemajuan permainan dan aktiviti, tenaga, bintang dan rentetan.
Mesej chat dan foto yang dihantar oleh anak, dan bila mesej dibaca.
Token notifikasi (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

App anak tidak mengumpul kandungan skrin, teks yang ditaip, kata laluan, kenalan, log panggilan, SMS atau sejarah pelayar.

Memberi data ini adalah sukarela. Tanpa kebenaran atau data tertentu (contohnya lokasi atau akses penggunaan), ciri yang berkaitan tidak akan berfungsi, dan tanpa data asas seperti pengecam akaun dan profil anak, app tidak boleh digunakan.

Laman web ini

Laman web dihoskan oleh Firebase Hosting (Google), yang merekodkan log teknikal seperti alamat IP dan jenis pelayar.
Fon dimuatkan daripada Google Fonts, yang menerima alamat IP anda.
Pilihan bahasa anda disimpan dalam pelayar anda sahaja (localStorage). Tiada kuki, tiada analitik dan tiada penjejak iklan.

4. Bagaimana kami menggunakan data

Menyediakan ciri-ciri app: mengira dan menguatkuasakan had masa, menyekat dan membuka app, menunjukkan lokasi, laluan dan tempat, menghantar mesej dan notifikasi, serta menjejak tugasan dan ganjaran.
Memastikan perkhidmatan selamat dan berfungsi, termasuk mengesan masalah teknikal.
Menguruskan langganan Premium bersama Google Play.
Menjawab permintaan sokongan anda.

Asas pemprosesan ialah persetujuan anda sebagai ibu bapa atau penjaga semasa memasang dan menggunakan app, dan keperluan untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan yang anda minta.

5. Siapa boleh melihat data

Siapa	Apa yang boleh dilihat
Ibu bapa dalam keluarga	Profil, penggunaan app, lokasi, laluan, tempat, status telefon, tugasan setiap anak dalam keluarga, dan chat yang melibatkan mereka.
Anak (app anak)	Had masa, ganjaran dan tugasan sendiri; chat dengan ibu bapa dan kumpulan Keluarga. Anak tidak boleh melihat lokasi atau penggunaan adik-beradik.
Mycest Solution	Hanya apabila perlu untuk sokongan yang anda minta, keselamatan atau kewajipan undang-undang.
Pembekal perkhidmatan	Google, sebagai pemproses untuk kami: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Hosting, Google Maps (peta dan carian alamat jalan pada telefon ibu bapa) dan Google Play (langganan).
Pihak berkuasa	Hanya jika diwajibkan oleh undang-undang.

Kami tidak berkongsi data dengan rangkaian iklan, broker data atau pihak lain untuk tujuan pemasaran.

6. Lokasi simpanan dan keselamatan

Data disimpan dalam Google Cloud Firestore dan diproses oleh Cloud Functions di rantau Singapura (asia-southeast1). Ini bermakna data dipindahkan keluar dari Malaysia ke Singapura. Notifikasi melalui rangkaian global Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Data dihantar melalui sambungan yang disulitkan (TLS) dan disulitkan semasa disimpan oleh Google Cloud.
Peraturan akses pangkalan data hanya membenarkan telefon dalam keluarga anda membaca data keluarga itu.
Mesej chat tidak disulitkan hujung ke hujung; ia dilindungi oleh penyulitan Google Cloud dan peraturan akses di atas.

7. Tempoh simpanan

Sejarah lokasi, laluan, penggunaan app, sesi app dan notifikasi: disimpan sehingga anda meminta kami memadamnya, atau sehingga data keluarga dipadam. Membuang seorang anak dalam app tidak memadam sejarah anak itu.
Status semasa (lokasi terakhir, bateri, app semasa): ditulis ganti setiap kali dikemas kini.
Mesej chat dan foto: disimpan sehingga dipadam oleh pengirim, atau sehingga data keluarga dipadam.
Profil anak, tetapan, tempat dan tugasan: sehingga dipadam oleh ibu bapa, atau sehingga data keluarga dipadam.
Kod pasangan: sah paling lama 3 jam; rekodnya disimpan sehingga kod itu digunakan semula atau data keluarga dipadam.
Rekod langganan: selama langganan wujud, dan selepas itu selama yang diwajibkan oleh undang-undang.

8. Data kanak-kanak

MyKiddo Guard Kids memproses data tentang kanak-kanak atas permintaan dan dengan persetujuan ibu bapa atau penjaga yang memasangnya. Ibu bapa bertanggungjawab memberitahu anak tentang app ini. App anak tiada iklan, tiada pembelian dan tidak menggunakan ID pengiklanan. Anak hanya boleh berbual dengan ahli keluarga yang disambungkan oleh ibu bapa, bukan dengan orang asing. Ibu bapa boleh melihat data anak dan membetulkan profil serta tetapan dalam app pada bila-bila masa, dan meminta data anak dipadam melalui e-mel (lihat Padam akaun & data).

9. Kebenaran Android

App anak meminta kebenaran berikut. Setiap satu diterangkan pada skrin persediaan sebelum diminta:

Perkhidmatan Kebolehcapaian: untuk mengetahui app mana yang sedang dibuka dan memaparkan skrin sekatan. Ia tidak digunakan untuk membaca kandungan skrin.
Akses penggunaan: untuk mengira masa yang digunakan setiap app.
Papar di atas app lain: untuk memaparkan skrin sekatan.
Lokasi, termasuk lokasi latar belakang: untuk lokasi semasa, laluan dan amaran tempat.
Pentadbir peranti: supaya app anak tidak dipadam tanpa pengetahuan ibu bapa.
Senarai app yang dipasang: untuk senarai dan kategori app.
Aktiviti fizikal: untuk kiraan langkah.
Notifikasi dan berjalan di latar belakang: untuk notifikasi tetap, mesej dan perlindungan berterusan.

App ibu bapa hanya memerlukan akses internet dan kebenaran notifikasi. Foto untuk chat dipilih melalui pemilih foto atau kamera sistem Android; app tidak meminta kebenaran kamera.

10. Hak anda

Di bawah PDPA, anda boleh meminta akses kepada data anda dan anak anda, membetulkan data yang tidak tepat, menarik balik persetujuan, menghadkan pemprosesan, meminta data dipadam, dan meminta salinan data anda dalam format yang boleh dibaca mesin untuk dipindahkan (kemudahalihan data). Hantar permintaan ke e-mel di bawah dan sertakan ID Keluarga (dalam app ibu bapa: Others → My Account). Kami akan membalas dalam masa 21 hari.

11. Perubahan pada dasar ini

Kami akan mengemas kini halaman ini jika cara kami mengendalikan data berubah, dan memaklumkan perubahan penting dalam app.

13. Terma penggunaan

MyKiddo Guard adalah untuk ibu bapa dan penjaga sah kanak-kanak di bawah 18 tahun. Pasang app anak hanya pada telefon anak di bawah jagaan anda, dengan pengetahuan anak itu. Jangan gunakannya untuk memantau orang dewasa atau sesiapa tanpa pengetahuan mereka.
Langganan Premium dibeli dan diurus melalui Google Play, dan tertakluk kepada terma Google Play. Langganan diperbaharui secara automatik sehingga dibatalkan.
Kami berusaha supaya sekatan dan lokasi berfungsi dengan baik, tetapi tiada perisian yang sempurna: tetapan telefon, pengurusan bateri, ketiadaan internet atau tindakan pengguna boleh menjejaskannya. MyKiddo Guard tidak menggantikan pengawasan ibu bapa.
Setakat yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang, perkhidmatan disediakan "sebagaimana adanya". Terma ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Malaysia.

1. Who we are

MyKiddo Guard is developed and operated by MYCEST SOLUTION (003076905-U) (Center of Engineering Software & Technology), Malaysia ("we"). We are the data controller for the information processed through these apps and this website under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended in 2024.

2. Summary

MyKiddo Guard is a parental control app. The kids app is installed by a parent or guardian on their own child's phone, with the child's knowledge: its icon stays visible and a permanent notification is shown.
We only collect the data the features need: time limits, app blocking, location, tasks, Family Chat and notifications.
No ads. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase), in the Singapore region (asia-southeast1).
You don't need to give a real name, e-mail address or phone number to use the apps.

3. Data we collect

Parent app (MyKiddo Guard)

An anonymous account identifier from Firebase Authentication, and the family ID derived from it.
Your display name in chats that you choose (for example "Mom").
Parent PIN (4 digits), if you set one.
Settings you make: time limits, app categories, new-app blocking, places (name, coordinates, radius), tasks and rewards.
Chat messages and photos you send.
A notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so your phone can receive notifications.
Subscription (once Premium launches): subscription status, product, Google Play order ID and expiry date. We never receive your card number or payment details; Google Play handles them.

Kids app (MyKiddo Guard Kids)

Child profile: name or nickname, age, chosen avatar and, if the child chooses one, a profile photo (reduced to 256 pixels).
Device identifier: the child phone's Android ID, to link that phone to the child profile.
Access code (4 digits) set during setup.
The list of installed apps (name, package name, icon) and their category.
App usage: time spent in each app per day and per hour, usage sessions (app, start and end time) and the app open right now.
Location: GPS location about every 5 minutes, including when the app is closed (background location), location history for Routes, and arrival or leaving events for saved places.
Phone status: battery level and charging, online status, ringer mode (normal, silent or vibrate), permission status, app version and diagnostic information about whether protection is working.
Step count from the phone's sensor, for steps tasks.
Tasks and rewards: progress in games and activities, energy, stars and streak.
Chat messages and photos sent by the child, and when messages are read.
A notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

The kids app does not collect screen content, typed text, passwords, contacts, call logs, SMS or browser history.

Giving us this data is voluntary. Without certain permissions or data (for example location or usage access) the related features won't work, and without basic data such as the account identifier and the child profile the apps can't be used.

This website

The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google), which records technical logs such as IP address and browser type.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Your language choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage). No cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers.

4. How we use data

To provide the features: counting and enforcing time limits, blocking and unblocking apps, showing location, routes and places, delivering messages and notifications, and tracking tasks and rewards.
To keep the service secure and working, including finding technical problems.
To manage Premium subscriptions together with Google Play.
To answer your support requests.

We process data based on your consent as the parent or guardian when you install and use the apps, and because it is needed to provide the service you asked for.

5. Who can see the data

Who	What they can see
Parents in the family	Each child's profile, app usage, location, routes, places, phone status and tasks, and the chats they are part of.
The child (kids app)	Their own limit, rewards and tasks; their chats with parents and the Family group. A child cannot see a sibling's location or usage.
Mycest Solution	Only when needed for support you asked for, security or legal obligations.
Service providers	Google, as our processor: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase Hosting, Google Maps (maps and street-address lookup on the parent's phone) and Google Play (subscriptions).
Authorities	Only when the law requires it.

We don't share data with ad networks, data brokers or anyone else for marketing.

6. Where it is stored and how it is protected

Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and processed by Cloud Functions in the Singapore (asia-southeast1) region. This means data is transferred out of Malaysia to Singapore. Notifications pass through Firebase Cloud Messaging's global network.
Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is encrypted at rest by Google Cloud.
Database access rules only let the phones in your family read that family's data.
Chat messages are not end-to-end encrypted; they are protected by Google Cloud encryption and the access rules above.

7. How long we keep it

Location history, routes, app usage, app sessions and notifications: kept until you ask us to delete them, or until the family's data is deleted. Removing a child in the app does not delete that child's history.
Current status (last location, battery, current app): overwritten on every update.
Chat messages and photos: kept until the sender deletes them, or until the family's data is deleted.
Child profiles, settings, places and tasks: until a parent deletes them, or until the family's data is deleted.
Pairing codes: valid for 3 hours at most; the record is kept until the code is reused or the family's data is deleted.
Subscription records: while the subscription exists, then for as long as the law requires.

8. Children's data

MyKiddo Guard Kids processes data about children at the request and with the consent of the parent or guardian who installs it. Parents are responsible for telling their child about the app. The kids app has no ads, nothing to buy and does not use the advertising ID. A child can only chat with family members the parent connected, never with strangers. Parents can see their child's data and correct the profile and settings in the app at any time, and ask for the child's data to be deleted by e-mail (see Delete account & data).

9. Android permissions

The kids app asks for these permissions. Each one is explained on a setup screen before it is requested:

Accessibility service: to know which app is open and show the block screen. It is not used to read screen content.
Usage access: to count the time spent in each app.
Display over other apps: to show the block screen.
Location, including background location: for current location, routes and place alerts.
Device admin: so the kids app is not removed without the parent knowing.
Installed apps list: for the app list and categories.
Physical activity: for the step count.
Notifications and running in the background: for the permanent notification, messages and continuous protection.

The parent app only needs internet access and notification permission. Photos for chats are picked with Android's photo picker or system camera; the app does not ask for camera permission.

10. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access your and your child's data, correct inaccurate data, withdraw consent, limit processing, have data deleted, and get a copy of your data in a machine-readable format to move elsewhere (data portability). Send your request to the e-mail address below and include your Family ID (in the parent app: Others → My Account). We will reply within 21 days.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, and tell you about important changes in the app.

13. Terms of use

MyKiddo Guard is for parents and legal guardians of children under 18. Install the kids app only on the phone of a child in your care, with that child's knowledge. Do not use it to monitor adults or anyone without their knowledge.
Premium subscriptions are bought and managed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
We work hard to make blocking and location reliable, but no software is perfect: phone settings, battery management, no internet or user actions can affect it. MyKiddo Guard does not replace parental supervision.
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
